Misscat 2023

MissCat 2023 is a sweet yet refreshing white wine. Made from Muscat blanc a petits grains, grapes dried on the vines in a vin doux naturel style. It contains 16% alcohol. Nose wise, honeysuckle, lemon, lemon peel, dried apricot, and wet stone aromas predominate; along with hints of black tea and eucalyptus. As for the palate, this wine is a vibrant, easy-drinking sweet wine with notes of honey and apricot jam. There is a balance between acidity and sweetness.  Best served chilled (7 to 10 degrees Celsius). Can be accompanied with blue cheeses or fruit pie.
