Our Syrah Cabernet 2008 is a blend of 50% Syrah and 50% Cabernet Sauvignon which has gained a deep garnet color over the years. It is does not undergo any oak aging, but rather spends 14 years in stainless steel tanks. Aromas of earth, dried blackberries, prunes, chocolate, and hints of black cherry dominate. Syrah Cabernet 2008 is full bodied yet delicate with smooth tannins and a fresh long finish. It is best accompanied with various red meats or pasta dishes. It has an ageing potential of 15 years.
